Recruitment, sometimes referred to as Rush, begins in the Fall and continues through the entire school year. Because our fraternity is very popular to join, by May or June we have typically completed our maximum amount new membership. We have a Fall pledge class and a smaller Spring semester pledge class as an option for you to join at a later time.
We want to meet you and give you the opportunity to talk to us, ask us questions, and meet some of us. It is a big decision for you and it is important that you make the right choice.
We have small and larger get-togethers. They are held in surrounding cities such as Wichita and Kansas City. Please email us at Recruitment@Phidelt.com to find out when our next event is planned and for us to have your name.
