It is planned for the new freshmen to move-in on the Sunday that is one week before classes begin at the university.

You will be moving in with approximately 35 new members, so we will schedule you for an 10am, 11am or 12pm time slot on that day. A text will be provided to you for your move in time slot a couple weeks prior to move-in day.

New members that arrive for spring semester are a smaller group that will arrive all at the same time. The recruitment chairman will give you the details for your arrival date for move-in.

HOUSING PAYMENTS

The housing contracts will be sent to you and your parent(s) by email in advance of your arrival. Contact the student recruitment chairmen to receive a status of getting the new housing contract.

For fall new members, the first invoice for housing will be sent on August 10 and is sent by email to you and your parents. The first invoice for spring new members is January 10.

You have the option to pay for the entire semester or monthly. The student treasurer will contact you before school begins to get your invoice email information and billing preference.
